Hire TMPL’s conference/training space in Cardiff
TMPL is making available its training/conference room for hire. Located in the residential area of Pontcanna, Cardiff with free street car parking close by, the office is within walking distance of Cardiff city centre. Pontcanna has its own amenities such as restaurants/cafes, shops and a Post Office.
Hire charges
Room hire is £95 per day or £395 per full week (Monday to Friday). Included within the price are whiteboard and whiteboard pens (capture available, using client pc) and a flip chart stand/one pad. Additional charges are made for:
refreshments (see below)
data projector £60 per day
additional flip chart pad £10 each

Coffee/tea/fruit teas and biscuits £2.25 per head
Coffee/tea/fruit teas and Danish pastries or muffins £2.55 per head
Jugs of fruit juice (orange/apple) £3.50 per jug
Working Lunch
We can provide a wide range of working lunches on site ranging from buffet (starts at £6 per head) to pizzas/pasta and salads. Lunch can also be organised at local public houses, cafes and restaurants.
Computer ports and utilities
TMPL can provide internet connection for up to ten client computers to a secure 2MB broadband connection for a nominal fee. Computers can be provided at a negotiated cost.

Cancellation Policy
You may - without cost - change the date of your booking to another date (subject of course to availability) provided this is at least five working days before the date booked: if the period of time is less, then the whole cost is payable unless we are able to resell the date/s. We recommend that you insure against wholly unforeseen eventualities if this is a risk to you.
