Personal profile: Graham Lawrence BA
Graham Lawrence is a recently retired
Senior Police officer, who has utilised his skills and experience to establish
a training company to deliver specialised training in personal protection
and forced entry to premises, for Police officers and other Government
agencies. He
designs and delivers training programs in these skills areas both in the
United Kingdom and Europe.
Particular areas of expertise:
- management experience at a senior level within the Police Service, liaising with local authorities over matters of public safety and protection
- experience of development and planning for major public events, within the West Midlands, such as the Euro football matches and the Millennium events, plus visits of international VIPs
- senior Investigating officer for serious and fatal traffic collisions
- creating and developing business plans for delivering training to both public and private bodies
- creating and developing safety partnerships including video watch CCTV schemes for public areas
- maintaining and developing Police response to major disaster plans, in conformity with the Home office Major Incident Plan
- assisting in training matters at the Netherlands Public Order Training Centre, Hoogerheide
