Debbie is Director of TMPL, heading
up our Devon
office, with nearly 20 years experience
working with local authorities, individuals and large scale organisations,
specialising in the cultural sector, dedicated to supporting their development
and creative growth. She is Chair of ArtsMatrix
- the skills development agency for the arts and creative industries in
the South West; a board member of Exeter
Phoenix - the region's leading
contemporary arts and media venue; and has been Director of TMPL since
2000. For ten years she was City Arts Officer for Coventry City Council.
Debbie also co-runs a farm in Higher
Level Stewardship.
